45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Manuel G. Herrera

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN SANTA CLARA IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to develop a deep water well in Santa Clara in Grant county; and

•to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five thousand dollars ($5,000) to purchase safety equipment for the maintenance department in Santa Clara in Grant county;

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to purchase police vehicles for Santa Clara in Grant county;

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to purchase maintenance vehicles for Santa Clara in Grant county;

forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) to purchase a rescue vehicle for the emergency medical services in Santa Clara in Grant county;

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for the Main street park in Santa Clara in Grant county; and

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for an addition to the maintenance shop in Santa Clara in Grant county.
