FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO LA PRADIRA BRIDGE IN SANTA ROSA IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred thirty-five thousand dollars ($235,000) to make improvements, including conversion to two-lane traffic, to La Pradira bridge in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county.
