FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN RATON IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan and design a community center in Raton in Colfax county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to construct a park pavilion at Romero park in Raton in Colfax county.
