FOR A FOUR CORNERS MONUMENT PARK AND VISITORS' CENTER IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct a Four Corners monument park and visitors' center in San Juan county.
