FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS
IN VALENCIA COUNTY.
I request that the following capital
outlay projects be funded:
• to the department of environment
one million dollars ($1,000,000) for land
acquistion, engineering and construction of the closure of the landfill in
Valencia county;
•
to the state highway and transportation department
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)
to construct road drainage improvements to county roads in Valencia county;
•
to the local government division of the department of finance and
administration
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)
for parking lot improvements to various fire departments in Valencia county;
and
•
to the historic preservation division of the office of cultural affairs
thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to
restore the roof and make related improvements to the historic Jarales school
building in Valencia county.
