FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO WATER STREET IN ELEPHANT BUTTE IN SIERRA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to construct header curbs, driveway turnouts and drainage improvements and pave Water street in Elephant Butte in Sierra county.
