FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT NORTHERN NEW MEXICO STATE SCHOOL IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of northern New Mexico state school

one hundred ninety thousand dollars ($190,000) to install a water transmission line from the source to the El Rito campus of northern New Mexico state school in El Rito in Rio Arriba county;

seven hundred eighty-five thousand dollars ($785,000) for infrastructure improvements at the Espanola campus of the northern New Mexico state school in Rio Arriba county; and

nine hundred thousand dollars ($900,000) for second phase construction of the training facility in electronics and semiconductor manufacturing at the Espanola campus of northern New Mexico state school in Rio Arriba county.
