FOR CONSTRUCTING ATHLETIC FIELDS IN THE LOGAN MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN QUAY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to construct athletic fields to accommodate building additions in the Logan municipal school district in Quay county.
