FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WATER SYSTEM IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

seven million three hundred thousand dollars ($7,300,000) to make improvements, including replacing residential meters, to the water system in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
