FOR RENOVATIONS AND UPGRADES FOR THE FOOTBALL STADIUM AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico

two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) to renovate and upgrade facilities at the football stadium at the university of New Mexico in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
