45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN MAXWELL IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to replace water and sewer lines in Maxwell in Colfax county; and

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to purchase a sewer machine for Maxwell in Colfax county;

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to overlay streets in Maxwell in Colfax county;

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to purchase traffic control signs for Maxwell in Colfax county; and

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for street improvements in Maxwell in Colfax county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to purchase a fire truck for the fire department in Maxwell in Colfax county;

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to purchase equipment for the police department in Maxwell in Colfax county;

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) to purchase office equipment for the village hall in Maxwell in Colfax county;

five thousand dollars ($5,000) to purchase "Under Construction" warning signs for Maxwell in Colfax county; and

five thousand dollars ($5,000) to purchase fencing for the cemetery in Maxwell in Colfax county.
