FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE FORT SUMNER MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN DE BACA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

nine hundred sixty thousand dollars ($960,000) for capital improvements in the Fort Sumner municipal school district in De Baca county.
