I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

thirty-five thousand four hundred ninety dollars ($35,490) to purchase and install computer technology to make the Schlientz memorial library collection internet-accessible in Tucumcari in Quay county.
