FOR SITE IMPROVEMENTS AT NORTHERN NEW MEXICO STATE SCHOOL IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of northern New Mexico state school

seven hundred eighty-five thousand dollars ($785,000) to make site improvements, including correction of a drainage problem, at northern New Mexico state school in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
