FOR POWER LINE EXTENSIONS IN THE RED VALLEY COMMUNITY IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to extend power to families in the Red Valley community in San Juan county.
