FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE DONA ANA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to make improvements to the facilities of the Dona Ana mutual domestic water consumers association in Dona Ana county.
