FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE CENTER FOR THE ARTS IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to make improvements at the center for the arts in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
