FOR RENOVATIONS AT FOSTER HALL AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to renovate Foster Hall at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
