FOR AN OUTDOOR RECREATIONAL AREA IN THE TRES ARBOLES NEIGHBORHOOD OF LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to develop an outdoor recreational area, including landscaping and installation of playground equipment, in the Tres Arboles neighborhood of Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
