FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A TOWN HALL AND POLICE AND FIRE STATION IN MESILLA IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred eighty thousand dollars ($180,000) to construct a town hall and police and fire station in Mesilla in Dona Ana county.
