FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR DEVELOPING THE MESILLA VALLEY BOSQUE STATE PARK IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for a feasibility study for developing the Mesilla Valley bosque state park in Dona Ana county.
