FOR AN EARLY CHILDHOOD FACILITY FOR HOMELESS CHILDREN IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to construct, equip and furnish an early childhood facility for homeless children in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
