FOR PLAYGROUND IMPROVEMENTS AT EAST PICACHO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE LAS CRUCES PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000) to improve and equip the playground at East Picacho elementary school in the Las Cruces public school district in Dona Ana county.
