FOR A LABORATORY IN THE KLIPSCH SCHOOL OF ELECTRICAL AND COMPUTER ENGINEERING AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for the Faraday law machinery laboratory in the Klipsch school of electrical and computer engineering in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county, contingent on an equal match from sources other than the state.
