FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE VALLECITOS MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION WATER SYSTEM IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred fifty-five thousand nine hundred dollars ($355,900) to upgrade and improve the water system for the Vallecitos mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county.
