FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ENSENADA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION WATER SYSTEM IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred fifty-six thousand dollars ($556,000) to upgrade the water system for the Ensenada mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county.
