FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE EL RITO CANYON MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION WATER SYSTEM IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

six hunded twenty-one thousand four hundred dollars ($621,400) to purchase and install a new water well and make other related improvements to the El Rito Canyon mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county.
