FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE EL RITO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION WATER SYSTEM IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

seven hundred eighty-five thousand dollars ($785,000) to improve the water system, including a new water tank, pump house and distribution lines, for the El Rito mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county.
