FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE GALLINA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION WATER SYSTEM IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred thirty thousand dollars ($130,000) to upgrade the water system for the Gallina mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county.
