FOR A HEALTH PROMOTION AND REGIONAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES TRAINING CENTER FOR LA CLINICA DEL PUEBLO IN TIERRA AMARILLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a health promotion and regional emergency medical services training center for la clinica del pueblo in Tierra Amarilla in Rio Arriba county.
