FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO FRUTA ROAD IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to improve Fruta road in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
