FOR TRACK AND SOCCER FIELD IMPROVEMENTS AT MOUNTAIN VIEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE ESPANOLA PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to improve and equip the track and soccer fields at Mountain View elementary school in the Espanola public school district in Rio Arriba county.
