FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A FIRE AND POLICE TRAINING TOWER AND POLICE SHOOTING RANGE IN GALLUP IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to construct a fire and police training tower and police shooting range in Gallup in McKinley county.
