FOR A COMMUNITY DOMESTIC WATER SYSTEM FOR THE UPPER RODARTE COMMUNITIES IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for the Santa Barbara valley mutual domestic water consumers association to plan, design and construct a community domestic water system for Llano Largo and Llano de la Llegua in the upper Rodarte communities in Taos county.
