FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE RURAL EVENT CENTER IN ABIQUIU IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to make improvements to the rural event center in Abiquiu in Rio Arriba county.
