FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE NEW MOON LODGE FOR THE EIGHT NORTHERN INDIAN PUEBLOS COUNCIL IN THE PUEBLO OF SAN JUAN IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to make capital improvements, including completing the parking lot and complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, at the New Moon lodge for the eight northern Indian pueblos council in the pueblo of San Juan in Rio Arriba county.
