FOR THE ALCALDE MULTIPURPOSE CENTER IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct phase 2 of the Alcalde multipurpose center in Alcalde in Rio Arriba county.
