FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE MULTIPURPOSE RECREATIONAL PARK IN BELEN IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) to make improvements to the multipurpose recreational park in Belen in Valencia county.
