FOR UPGRADING THE SECURITY SYSTEM AT THE JUVENILE DETENTION FACILITY IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000) to upgrade the security system at the juvenile detention facility in Bernalillo county.
