FOR IMPROVEMENTS AND CONSTRUCTION AT THE ANDERSON-ABRUZZO INTERNATIONAL BALLOON MUSEUM AT BALLOON FIESTA PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million one hundred thousand dollars ($1,100,000) for improvements and construction at the Anderson-Abruzzo international balloon museum at the Balloon Fiesta park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
