FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION FOR COUNTY ROAD 23 AND COUNTY ROAD 41 IN THE BACA-PREWITT CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred eighteen thousand nine hundred dollars ($218,900) to acquire rights of way for county road 23 and county road 41 in the Baca-Prewitt chapter of the Navajo Nation in McKinley county.
