FOR A HEAD START FACILITY FOR THE NAVAJO NATION IN CROWNPOINT IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a head start facility for the Navajo Nation in Crownpoint in McKinley county.
