FOR PLANNING THE REHABILITATION OF, REHABILITATING AND PERFORMING ENERGY CONSERVATION MEASURES AND EMERGENCY REPAIRS TO HOUSING FOR INDIGENT, DISABLED AND ELDERLY FAMILIES IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan the rehabilitation of, rehabilitate and perform energy conservation measures and emergency repairs to housing for indigent, disabled and elderly families in house district 13 in the region 3 housing authority district in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
