FOR PHASE 4 IMPROVEMENTS TO THE RIO GRANDE HIGH SCHOOL COMPLEX IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

two hundred eighty thousand dollars ($280,000) for phase 4 wiring of the high school complex, educational technology, library upgrades and other related improvements at Rio Grande high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
