FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE GOLF COURSE AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for improvements to the golf course at New Mexico state university in Dona Ana county.
