HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1167

REQUESTED BY Daniel P. Silva

FOR SOUTH VALLEY CHARTER HIGH SCHOOL CLASSROOM AND INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to extend utility infrastructure for the South Valley charter high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county; and

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct a permanent classroom facility at South Valley charter high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
