FOR THE CENTENNIAL ENGINEERING COMPLEX AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico

six million dollars ($6,000,000) to plan, design, construct, furnish and equip the centennial engineering complex at the university of New Mexico in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
