FOR ACQUIRING LAND AND EXPANDING THE BEN ARCHER COMMUNITY CENTER IN HATCH IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to acquire land and expand the Ben Archer health center in Hatch in Dona Ana county.
