HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1143

FOR EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY, INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADES AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS AT MCCOLLUM ELEMENTARY AND MANZANO HIGH SCHOOLS IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state department of public education

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) for educational technology and infrastructure upgrades at McCollum elementary school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county;

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for improvements to the foreign and modern language listening laboratories at Manzano high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county;

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for curriculum software upgrades at Manzano high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county;

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for upgrading research materials at the media center at Manzano high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county; and

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to upgrade the wood shops at Manzano high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
