FOR CLEARANCES FOR A NATURAL GAS PIPELINE IN NENAHNEZAD IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to complete archaeological clearances, environmental assessments, surveys and rights of way for a natural gas pipeline in the community of Nenahnezad in San Juan county.
